computer tablets for drawing
what is the best quality drawing tablet (for a beginner with tablets) within a reasonable budget?

I’ve never drawn on a computer tablet before, though I’d really like to start.
I’d prefer something reasonably sized… At least 6 x 8?
And hopefully under $200.. though I’m not sure about that.
Just brand names would work great too.

Just get a Wacom tablet and a copy of Painter X.

Only Wacom.

And don’t try to go too cheap on it. You can save the extra money by eating 99-cent Ramen noodles for a month. (yes, i’ve done it.)

It’s all about pressure sensitivity. If the tablet isn’t “really good”, it will ruin the entire experience, and you’ll give up.
